The Keg Stand Brewing Co. (“we,” “us,” or “the brewery”) runs this website and the Release Radar text-message program. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what we do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

The short version

We do not collect email addresses anywhere on this site. We don't sell, rent, or trade your information. The only personal information we ask for is a phone number — and only if you choose to sign up for Release Radar text alerts.

What we collect

Release Radar (text messages)

If you sign up for Release Radar, we collect your mobile phone number, your beer-style preferences, and — optionally — your first name. We use this only to text you when new beer that matches your preferences hits our taps, and to personalize that message.

Merchandise orders

If you buy merch, checkout and payment are handled by Square. Any name, shipping address, and payment details you enter go to Square, not to us — we never see or store your card number. Square's handling of that data is governed by Square's own privacy policy.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people visit and how they find us. Analytics cookies only run if you accept them in the cookie banner — decline, and no analytics or advertising cookies are set. Analytics data is aggregated and not used to identify you personally.

How we use it

• To send Release Radar text alerts you asked for.
• To fulfill and support merchandise orders.
• To understand and improve how the website performs.

We do not use your information for any other purpose, and we do not sell it.

Text messaging & your consent

Release Radar is opt-in. By submitting the signup form you agree to receive recurring marketing text messages from The Keg Stand Brewing Co. Message frequency varies — typically a few times a month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. We do not share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing.

Service providers

We rely on a handful of vendors to run the brewery and this site — for example, a payment processor (Square), a text-message delivery provider, and a website analytics provider. They only receive the information needed to do their job and are not permitted to use it for anything else.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any Release Radar text to stop all messages.
• Decline cookies in the banner to turn off all analytics tracking.
• Ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us at the address below.

Children

This site and our products are intended for adults of legal drinking age. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted on the site.
