Welcome. These terms cover your use of the The Keg Stand Brewing Co. website and the Release Radar text-message program. By using this site or signing up for Release Radar, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

You must be of legal drinking age

Our products contain alcohol. You must be at least 21 years old to purchase or consume them, and you may be asked for valid ID at the brewery. By using this site you confirm you are of legal drinking age in your location. Please drink responsibly and never drink and drive.

The tap list and event information

We brew in small batches, so what's pouring changes constantly. The beers, beverages, prices, hours, and events shown on this site are provided in good faith but may change without notice, and a beer listed here may have sold out by the time you visit. Nothing on this site is a guarantee that a particular beer or event will be available. When in doubt, give us a call.

Release Radar text messages

Release Radar is an opt-in marketing program. By signing up you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from The Keg Stand Brewing Co. at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Merchandise orders

Merchandise purchases are processed through Square and are also subject to Square's terms. We describe products as accurately as we can, but colors and sizing may vary slightly. If something arrives wrong or damaged, contact us and we'll make it right.

Acceptable use

Please use this site only for lawful purposes. Don't attempt to disrupt the site, access it in unauthorized ways, or use any automated system to scrape or overload it.

Intellectual property

The Keg Stand Brewing Co. name, logo, beer names, photographs, and site content are our property and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

This site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute relating to this site or the Release Radar program will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Marin County, California.
